Holiday Inn Hotel & Event and Banquet Center

The Kleingers Group performed survey and site development engineering services for this modern, state-of-the-art hotel and banquet center. The hotel includes 130 rooms with suites for short or long stays, a splash park, an indoor pool, a fitness facility, garden area, chapel, and ballroom that can accommodate up to 650 people. The hotel includes a full-service upscale steakhouse restaurant named Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse. West Chester’s Holiday Inn Event Center is the only facility in the area that can accommodate events of this size, with a full-service hotel attached to the event facility.

Kleingers prepared a site location plan of the building, access roads/driveways, parking surfaces, service driveways, plazas, sidewalks, and door pads; a site utility plan showing sanitary sewer, waterline, and storm sewer design; and a site grading plan.
