Chuy’s Tex-Mex Restaurant

Part of The Streets of West Chester mixed-use development, Kleingers performed land surveying, site engineering design, and detailed drainage and detention calculations for the third Chuy’s restaurant location in the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky area. Kleingers designed a functional plan to accommodate the restaurant building, parking spaces, and stormwater detention within the site constraints. Special attention was needed to coordinate the utilities and sanitary sewer main extension with the adjacent public roadway and other retail buildings being built at the same time as this project. Kleingers successfully worked with these different contractors, many of them not local to the area. Kleingers also assisted the owner in obtaining various permits from various governing municipalities and coordinating the construction of the site work.
