Who is my supervisor?
Your supervisor will be assigned after your department placement is finalized, which typically occurs within one to two weeks of your start date.
What is my schedule?
Typically, your work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise directed by your supervisor. We ensure you have clear expectations for your day.
What should I wear to work?
Our dress code is business casual. You are welcome to wear casual attire that’s suitable for your day. If you’re meeting with a client, we recommend dressing professionally to make a great impression.
Do I get any paid time off?
While paid time off isn’t provided, you do receive company-paid holidays. If you need time off outside of these holidays, please speak with your supervisor as early as possible to make arrangements.
What is expected of me while I am working for Kleingers?
You are part of our team! We want you to learn and grow in the role of co-op.
- Be curious and ask questions.
- Take notes when someone is providing instruction and direction to you.
- Take the initiative to learn the self-guided materials.
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor on your tasks.
- Check your work before submitting to your supervisor for review.
- Get to know the other co-ops.
What is Co-Op Day?
At the end of each co-op session, we celebrate with a company-wide Co-op Day where you’ll present your projects and share what you’ve learned. We encourage you to keep track of your experiences throughout the session to help you create an amazing presentation.
