Art Van Furniture – Polaris Centers of Commerce

This project constructed a new Art Van furniture store located at the southwest corner of Gemini Place and Lyra Drive in Columbus, Ohio. The site is approx 4.04 acres and is a stand-alone parcel. The Kleingers team provided survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services in constructing a new Art Van building and associated parking and drives. Access to the facility was from an existing driveway apron and proposed shared drive access and a connection to the loop drive around the mall on the west side of the property. The shared drive access was required by the City of Columbus to be limited to a Right-In/Right Out access drive. The Kleingers team provided municipal engineering services through stormwater management and storm sewers, sanitary service, and water service connections.
